High Throughput Strain Characterization
Characterizing hundreds of isolates is time and labor intensive. Our automated, high throughput robotic platform samples isolates grown in 96 deep-well plates for growth and product titer determination.
This is a useful method when characterizing hundreds of isolates derived from adaptive laboratory evolution or genome-wide interrogation studies, such as genome-wide CRISPR-dCas9 screens.
Our automated method, coupled with high throughput liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry, can quickly identify potential candidates for more thorough analytics.
