The Agile BioFoundry (ABF) is excited to announce its Fall 2026 Industry Day, to be held on Monday, October 26, 2026 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Hotel Shattuck Plaza in Berkeley, CA. Register here to join us and discover partnering opportunities and provide your perspective on how U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) National Labs can best support the biomanufacturing industry.
Funded by the DOE Alternative Fuels and Feedstocks Office (AFFO), ABF develops biomanufacturing tools, processes and partnerships that enable industrial production of affordable fuels and chemicals for the nation.
The in-person Industry Day will include:
- Lightning talks by ABF scientists on synthetic biology, biomanufacturing, AI, automation, and scale-up capabilities
- Panels on emerging technical themes in biomanufacturing
- A networking lunch with ABF scientists
- Roundtable discussions on topics suggested by attendees
- Optional one-on-one meetings with ABF scientists
- Optional tour of a local biomanufacturing scale-up facility
The event will be held at Hotel Shattuck Plaza, 2086 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA. In-person attendance is strongly encouraged, as only certain portions of the event will be available via Zoom.
